Native American Tribes: Historic groups-Europeans wrote about these tribes so history was written down. Miami, Ottawa, Delaware, Wyandot, Shawnee, Mingo These tribes lived throughout Ohio until they were pushed north after the Treaty of Greenville and eventually moved out of Ohio. They lived in long houses or wigwams and hunted and gathered to meet their needs. These tribes traded with other tribes around the country and went to Flint Ridge to get the flint to make their tools/weapons.
